I even used blackstrap molasses since I really want the additional iron increase! For a brilliant wholesome topping I blended up a 16 oz. Tub of cottage cheese and an 8 ouncesbrick of cream cheese, contact of vanilla and maple syrup to sweeten and sufficient milk to get it to desired consistency! It is so wonderful and excessive protein you must attempt it! Thanks in your incredible recipes!!!!
