Additionally, the total 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper was a little bit robust for me on my first batch so I solely put in a 1/8 tsp the second time and like them just a bit bit extra for breakfast however in case you like spice-keep the total quantity! I did use yukon gold potatoes so that they wanted about 5 minutes much less on the finish for the right texture.
